The grounds at Ashbrook are set in 16-acres of landscaped garden, meadow and open grassland: a photographer’s playground and paradise!
There’s a pond with dovetail rowing boat, clipped yew hedges, stone terraces and an impressive barn with courtyard and – the jewel in Ashbrook’s crown – an open-fronted, oak framed pavilion overlooking a private outdoor swimming pool surrounded by cyprus trees and Lavender.
Designed by Josephine, every angle of the pavilion has been carefully considered as a visual feast– from wooden clad walls and antique doors to mirrored windows and wrought iron trellis work.
