INTERIOR & GARDEN DESIGN CONSULTING

Are you looking for advice and inspiration for a new interior or garden project? Do you need help with flow and layout, lighting, furniture layouts or perhaps looking to improve parts of the garden, screen neighbouring buildings, a new entrance or drive perhaps?  Or simply you've love to be able to visualise your ideas?

If so, I'd love to help! I’m Josephine, wife, mum to three teenage girls and owner of Ashbrook, our family home which we built from scratch eight years ago. Having started my career at Homes & Gardens magazine, I've spent the last 20 years project managing renovations, extensions and new builds and have adopted a unique method of interior and garden designing.

I have combined my expertise in building and design with my passion for 3D drawing to help bring ideas and inspiration to those of you embarking on a new build, extension, renovation or garden project.

During our consulting sessions we will discuss ideas and I'll sketch as we go.  You will leave armed with a visual plan you can continually refer to, plus the confidence to drive the job forward with clarity and ease.

You'll see below I've put together some design packages to buy on line but feel free to contact me if you'd like to discuss anything before hand.  I can't wait to get cracking on your project! Jx

How I can help:

For interiors: ideas on floorpans and flow, windows, ceilings and floors.  Furniture layouts, lighting schemes, Door styles, door furniture, fan lights, cornice and skirting. How to's, where to source, tips and tricks.

For the garden: visuals to show how the new extension will look when finished and ideas for the landscaping around it. Creating wild area's, walks and vista's, creating 'rooms', a vegetable garden, improved seating area.  A new driveway, parking or screening the neighbours house. How to's, where to source, tips and tricks.

"“Having Josephine to consult with while project managing our new extension was like having a build therapist to hand. She helped with all aspects of the interior work as well as designing the bare bones of the garden. And most importantly she kept us sane throughout!”
